• Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation is necessary.
• Medical billing/insurance familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as an intermediary between clinics and the laboratory.

Skills

Experience as a specimen collector

Customer service experience

Ability to navigate a smart phone and computer

Strong adherence to HIPAA and Compliance policies

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
