The Server Assistant provides excellent service during on-site engagements, greeting guests, assisting servers, and maintaining clean dining areas while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fine dining experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from supervisors.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or food items (with or without accommodations).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours depending on the audit schedule.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in service or dining setup.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Ensure that tables are clean, organized, and properly set for service.
• Ensure service stations are stocked, organized and ready throughout the shift.
• Communicate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to assist guests.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and all cleanliness standards.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas between services.
