Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in the United States seeks a Server Assistant to support servers, greet Guests, and keep dining areas clean and inviting. You will help with refills, pre-bussing, and timely table turns to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include delivering food and drinks promptly, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Experience is helpful but not required; opportunities for growth and development are available.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset is essential.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Certification in Food Handlers and Alcohol as required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guest needs.
• Support the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables.
• Create memorable experiences by delivering excellent service.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
