Job summary

PBS Systems is seeking a Service Support Analyst to join our Client Services team in Arlington, TX. You will support customers in the Service module of our software during implementation, training, and ongoing usage.

Responsibilities include handling multi-channel inquiries, documenting all interactions, and collaborating across departments to ensure timely, quality service. Travel up to one week per month across the US and Canada is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience in customer service or dealership environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat and resolve them promptly.
• Log interactions in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and KPI performance.
• Develop and maintain knowledgebase articles and training materials.
• Travel up to one week per month across the US and Canada to support clients.
