Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Safety role within construction industry.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA-30 certification preferred; must obtain within 6 months.
• First Aid and CPR certifications preferred; must obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
• Review and update safety policies as necessary.
• Develop training procedures and ensure employee training is completed.
• Conduct root cause investigations for safety incidents.
• Prepare detailed records of safety-related incidents.
• Support new hire onboarding and safety orientation.
