Job summary

Amazon’s Global Reliability Team is building next-gen predictive maintenance for a massive fulfillment network. As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll evaluate and deploy condition monitoring tech across sites, synthesize data into actionable findings, and drive maintenance decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience working with CMMS software.
• Knowledge of performance metrics such as OEE, downtime, throughput, or quality.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Visio/MS Project).
• Experience in reliability/maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions.
• 1+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience.
• Experience scaling deployment mechanisms across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead condition monitoring tech deployments across multiple sites from start to end.
• Synthesize sensor, platform, and equipment data into actionable findings.
• Perform root cause analysis using 5-Why and cause-and-effect tools.
• Define project KPIs and manage timelines and risks.
• Partner with manufacturers and field reliability stakeholders; be primary contact.
• Translate customer needs into solution paths and measurable outcomes.
• Present status and recommendations to leadership.
• Document process improvements for broader reuse.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
