Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations within designated region on short notice.
• Assist with the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for patient services.
• Function as back up for the Patient Services Supervisor as necessary.
• Coordinate the work of patient services technicians to ensure production and service levels.
• Train, coach, and assist in performance evaluations of phlebotomists.
• Perform site visits and assist with QA audits.
