Advance Mobile Wound Care of TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specialized in Advanced Wound Care. The role involves driving to patient homes and facilities, performing wound assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic wounds.

The position is 2-3 days per week, with potential to transition to full time. Travel is required, and candidates must hold an NP license with wound care experience.

• Current state NP license and certification.

• Travel to patient homes and facilities for onsite care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention and self-management.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated with advances in wound care and evidence-based practices.
• Go to patients' homes and facilities to provide proper orders.
