Job summary

United Airlines is seeking a Sr. HR Partner Representative to provide broad HR generalist support across the enterprise, partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to deliver a consistent employee and leader experience.

You will triage and coordinate requests through ServiceNow and Workday, analyze trends, and help drive standard HR processes while aligning with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as HR Generalist or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Up to 10% travel as needed.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining, labor contracts, and union practices.
• Able to diagnose workforce challenges and drive solutions.
• Experience using data analytics to interpret workforce trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support cross-functional initiatives and align resources.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interview process completion required to meet qualifications.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR Generalist within the Central Team, supporting enterprise HR initiatives.
• Provide broad operational HR support across workgroups with various alignments.
• Triage, coordinate and resolve repeatable HR requests via ServiceNow, Workday and other HR systems.
• Escalate matters needing business judgment or specialist input.
• Identify trends, improve SOPs and knowledge resources, shift routine work as needed.
• Partner with named HR Business Partners to support leaders and employees daily.
• Support recurring HR programs and annual processes via Workday coordination.
• Maintain documentation and reporting; analyze trends to find gaps and improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives, change management and HR operating model changes.
