The ideal candidate will design and implement training programs, assess needs, and adapt delivery to adult learners while ensuring compliance with healthcare operations and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learner education and training in healthcare settings.
• Ability to identify education needs and develop programs for practice operations.
• Experience delivering training across multiple levels of staff including physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through on-site visits, surveys, and audits.
• Identify gaps and deploy training strategies to resolve them.
• Communicate risks and delays related to training and learning plans.
• Monitor and improve training programs for effectiveness.
• Deliver individual and group training for users including physicians and staff.
• Coordinate training programs and manage EHR access training.
• Tailor delivery to adult learners to achieve proficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to provide effective training for all staff levels.
