AdventHealth is seeking a Training Specialist to lead adult learning initiatives and deliver comprehensive training on practice management and EHR systems across the network.

The role involves on-site and regional travel, developing instructional materials, and coordinating sessions for clinicians, administrative staff, and leadership teams. Bachelor’s degree and healthcare training experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Experience in adult learner education/teaching in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of practice management and EHR systems in ambulatory settings required or preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.

• Assess training needs through on-site visits and analyses.
• Develop and implement training strategies to close gaps.
• Deliver individual and group training sessions to clinical and admin staff.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure proper access to EHR systems.
