Bergmeyer is seeking a Director of Market Growth to drive multi-market growth, pursue strategic opportunities, and align pursuits with Bergmeyer’s objectives. The role anchors business development, market intelligence, and CRM stewardship across Boston or Los Angeles offices.

The candidate will guide pursuit planning, manage stakeholder alignment, and lead cross-market collaboration to strengthen Bergmeyer’s position while advancing its B Corp commitments. Travel is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience within an AEC environment or adjacent creative professional services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM management.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Miro and Open Asset a plus.

• Develop and execute a multi-market growth strategy aligned with Bergmeyer's plan.
• Identify emerging markets, sectors, and client opportunities.
• Establish market advancement goals, budgets, and metrics.
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions and inform resource allocation.
• Guide strategic pursuit planning for priority opportunities.
• Foster client relationships and cross-market collaboration.
• Oversee CRM data quality, reporting, and training.
