Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing) plus five relevant experience.
• FINRA SIE, 6 and 63 licenses required.
• Licensed in all product lines offered by the company in the state.
• Excellent people and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Train new agents within Kansas and collaborate with 15 trainers across multi-states.
• Utilize solution-based selling skills with sales-driven individuals.
• Frequent travel within Kansas up to 50%, including overnight stays.
