Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field and support testing and data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client presentations and demos.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document issues, test results, and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and contribute to workflow improvements.
