Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Merchandiser to support the Chain Retail Division in Goodyear and Buckeye. You will deliver orders, rotate back stock, stock shelves and create displays to maximize product exposure.

Daily routes are coordinated with the Warehouse Manager and Merchandising Manager after orders are fulfilled. The role requires strong sales history, excellent communication, organization, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• Proven track record of strong sales in prior roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to organize workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within territory and weekends/evenings as needed.
• Must pass background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and check orders to accounts.
• Rotate back stock and stock shelves/displays.
• Place products on shelves and in displays for maximum exposure.
• Ensure pricing and POS materials are displayed correctly.
• Communicate customer needs and resolve ordering/shipping issues.
• Record daily/weekly accounts visited and provide reports.
