Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Merchandiser to support the Chain Retail Division across Glendale, Surprise, North Scottsdale and Central Phoenix. This role delivers orders, resets displays, rotates stock, and maintains pricing and POS materials in stores within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, strong sales history, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Proven track record of strong sales in previous/current work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal talents.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work alone as well as within a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and check orders into accounts.
• Rotate back stock and stock shelves.
• Build displays and ensure correct pricing and POS materials.
• Communicate with management to resolve ordering or shipping needs.
• Keep daily/weekly logs of accounts visited.
