Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Goodyear and Buckeye is seeking a Merchandiser to support the Chain Retail Division by delivering orders, stocking shelves, rotating back stock and building displays in Goodyear and Buckeye.

You will receive daily routes from the Warehouse Manager and Merchandising Manager, travel within the territory, and maintain accurate logs while aligning with merchandising standards to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education must include a High School diploma.
• Proven track record of strong sales in prior roles.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop support by maintaining routine contact with key decision makers.
• Accurately deliver and check orders into accounts.
• Place product on shelves or in displays for maximum exposure.
• Ensure merchandising standards, rotate stock, and display pricing and POS materials correctly.
• Communicate effectively to resolve ordering or shipping needs within territory.
• Meet goals and objectives in a timely manner.
• Provide photos of displays upon request by management or other departments.
• Maintain daily/weekly logs of accounts visited for management.
• Arrive on time for work, appointments, meetings, and shifts.
