Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Merchandiser to support the Chain Retail Division by delivering orders, rotating back stock, stocking shelves, and building displays in Goodyear, Buckeye, and surrounding areas. Daily routes provided after orders are fulfilled, with a focus on accurate merchandising and timely communication with management.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong sales history, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Education - High School diploma required.
• Lift and carry a 40+ pound case of wine.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work alone as well as within a team.
• Goal oriented and assertive with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record of strong sales in prior roles.
• Excellent communication skills to enhance retailer relationships.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Compliance with equal opportunity policies and reliable attendance.
• Criminal background check and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to accounts and verify receipt.
• Rotate back stock and stock shelves for maximum exposure.
• Place products on shelves or displays per merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing and POS materials are displayed correctly.
• Communicate customer needs and order/shipping issues to management.
• Maintain logs of visited accounts for reporting to management.
• Arrive on time for appointments and events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
