About Play, LLC is hiring an Early Interventionist to support families with infants and toddlers who have developmental delays in the Columbia Midlands area of South Carolina. The role requires residency in SC and offers a full-time schedule with travel to listed counties.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience with children birth to six, with on-the-job training available. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Qualifications
- Must reside in South Carolina for consideration.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 1 year of documented experience with children birth to six years.
- Prior EI experience preferred or recent/upcoming degree with on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Perform family training with the caregiver and child in their home, daycare or natural environment setting.
- Provide training, education, and support to families in child development, parenting, and family functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the development of the child.
- Monitor the progress of the child and family.
