Job summary

American Repair Maintenance (ARM) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our service delivery team. You will apply 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring, reading blueprints, and performing work with minimal supervision.

Travel is required—up to 2,000 miles per week—with paid mileage. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification, own transport, tools, and be comfortable with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s).
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to read assembly and blueprint drawings.
• Proficient with industry software, mobile apps, and digital work orders.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of accountability aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
• Complete service tickets in designated territory with high quality and cost-conscious execution.
• Maintain clear communication with lead technicians, supervisors, managers, and office staff.
• Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week to client sites with paid mileage.
• Meet flexible schedules, including on-call, overnight, and weekend assignments.
• Transport tools and equipment safely and efficiently in a reliable vehicle.
