Job summary

Catapult Learning, Inc. in New Orleans is seeking an Education Program Supervisor to advocate for students and educators, lead instructional teams, and ensure high-quality programming.

You will partner with school staff, supervise teachers, and guide scheduling and classroom strategies. Travel is required across the region; the role offers competitive salary and a strong benefits package including health coverage, retirement plan, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current Teaching Certificate.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience in education.
• Experience in teacher coaching, employee management, and professional communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with ability to handle multiple priorities and strong organizational skills.
• Travel between multiple school sites and use of Microsoft Suite for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between educators in your territory and school administration.
• Hire, train, and oversee teachers; supervise via observations.
• Provide instructional coaching for class schedules and teaching strategies.
• Guide teachers on record-keeping procedures and ensure plans and reports are updated.
• Provide Professional Development opportunities and guidance for teachers.
• Collaborate with instructional team and Area Manager to ensure quality programming.
• Assist with testing students and monitor student achievement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, program quality, and a safe learning environment.
• Travel extensively to multiple school sites.
