Job summary

Catapult Learning seeks an Education Program Supervisor in New Orleans, full-time, to lead educational programs and support teachers across the district. The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and program quality, with travel between school sites.

You will partner with administrators and educators to advance student outcomes, provide professional development, and ensure compliant program delivery. The role offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Valid and current teaching certificate.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience in education.
• Experience in teacher coaching and employee management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between educators and school administration.
• Hire, train, and supervise teachers; observe performance.
• Provide instructional coaching for class schedules and strategies.
• Guide record-keeping procedures and ensure plans/reports are updated.
• Provide professional development opportunities and guidance to teachers.
• Collaborate with instructional team and Area Manager to ensure quality programming.
• Assist with testing students.
• Ensure safety and quality of learning environments and maintain materials.
• Maintain professional rapport with school staff and district; communicate issues.
• Submit monthly reports and travel as required.
• Travel extensively.
