Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks an Education Program Supervisor for the New Orleans area. You will advocate for students and educators, mentor staff, and drive program excellence across multiple schools.

In this full-time, hybrid role, you will hire and coach teachers, coordinate schedules, monitor reports, and deliver professional development while ensuring safety and high-quality learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Valid and current teaching certificate.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in education.
• Experience coaching teachers and managing staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple school sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between educators and school staff.
• Hire, train, and supervise teachers with observations.
• Provide instructional coaching on schedules and strategies.
• Guide teachers on record-keeping and reporting procedures.
• Provide professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with instructional team to implement quality programming.
• Assist with testing students.
• Ensure program quality, safety, and positive learning environment.
• Build rapport with school staff and district officials.
• Maintain instructional materials and supply inventory.
• Submit monthly reports and other documents.
