Job summary

• RN licensure in the primary state of residence and ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis nursing experience.
• BSN/MSN preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• CPR/BLS certification current and maintained.
• Professional certification (CDN/CNN) preferred or to be attained within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized, competency-based training across healthcare facilities within the assigned area.
• Provide new employee orientation, preceptor training, and in-service education.
• Develop programs to promote patient safety and clinical quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, and staff to implement education plans.
• Travel 35–90% to support facilities within regional scope.
