Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Avondale, AZ seeks a Nurse Educator to train staff across facilities with competency-based programs, orientation, preceptor training, and in-service education to promote high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with management to schedule, deliver, and evaluate education initiatives, employing varied teaching methods and travel to multiple sites to meet enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Advanced degree BSN or MSN (preferred).
• Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence.
• Obtain and maintain RN licensure in assigned states as directed.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse.
• CDN or CNN (preferred) or must attain within 18 months of employment.
• CPR BLS certification and ongoing required education/training/competencies.
