Responsibilities

• Imaging and deployment of PCs/laptops.
• Set up and configure workstations.
• Install and configure VPN access.
• Perform computer refreshes and data migration.
• Handle IT equipment logistics (packing, inventory).
• Run and manage data/power cabling.
• Upgrade hardware, e.g., RAM swaps.
