Job summary

S2N Technology Group seeks a Technology Solutions Engineer to collaborate with project managers and superintendents on cutting-edge building technology projects. The role involves hands-on oversight, subcontractor coordination, and scope execution across diverse locations.

You will develop relationships with owners and design teams, read bid documents, and help manage subcontracts to ensure schedule and quality targets are met. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Ability to develop relationships with owners, design teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong passion for technology systems and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor subcontractors' performance with emphasis on quality of work and safety.
• Read and interpret bid documents and contract drawings.
• Understand specifications and identify ambiguities.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids; track change orders.
• Assist in project close-out and maintain project documentation.
