Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, a veteran-owned firm, seeks a Project Engineer, Construction Services in Plano, TX to support PMs and field staff from pre-construction through closeout. This in-office role requires coordination, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 2+ years of professional construction experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (Smart Sheet, Procore, Building Connected).
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout with PM.
• Develop and maintain project schedules (MS Project or Primavera P6) and track milestones.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, meeting minutes, and revisions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to align with schedule and scope.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and change order pricing/tracking.
• Support site walks to verify conformance and track punch lists.
• Assist permitting, utility coordination, procurement, and long-lead items.
• Attend OAC meetings and maintain client/consultant relationships.
• Assist with final inspections, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, turnover docs.
• Gain hands-on experience across scheduling, budgeting, field operations, and client coordination.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
