Advance Concrete is seeking a Project Manager for its Concrete Construction Division in North Carolina. You will lead preconstruction planning, coordination, and field execution on key projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction project management, proficiency with Excel and Procore, and strong communication. Travel to project sites is expected; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Engage with estimating team and post project award to learn scope, schedule and requirements.
• Plan and communicate project scope, schedule and budget to operations to exceed expectations.
• Forecast costs and track variances to maximize profits.
• Ensure professional, timely communications with customers and document changes.
• Coordinate with onsite team to mirror design plans and specs.
• Manage change orders and approval process with customers.
