Job summary

Responsibilities include contract review, planning, client liaison, documentation, and ensuring compliant, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably concrete.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cost control, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Exceptional communication skills and client/vendor relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review and Scope Management: review contracts and project scopes; manage financials.
• Project Planning and Execution: takeoffs using Planswift or similar; schedule and oversee execution.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain client relationships and coordinate with general contractors and superintendents.
• Documentation and Compliance: handle sales agreements, submittals, RFIs, and changes with proper documentation.
• Proposal Preparation and Estimation: create comprehensive concrete proposals with documentation.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: uphold safe work environment and ensure safety practices.
