M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding in Houston, TX is hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our growing team. The role focuses on evaluating commercial roofing opportunities from inspection through estimating and proposal handing off, with emphasis on profitability and client communication.
The position requires regular travel within Texas service areas, including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Beaumont, and Seabrook.
Formación
- Commercial roofing estimating experience required.
- Ability to develop takeoffs, scopes of work, and detailed estimates.
- Strong understanding of job profitability, margins, and costs.
- Experience presenting proposals and negotiating with customers.
- Comfortable using CRM, estimating software, and related tools.
- Excellent professional communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsabilidades
- Review opportunities, plans, specs, and project requirements.
- Conduct roof inspections and site visits across service areas.
- Evaluate systems and identify repair, restoration, or replacement needs.
- Perform labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor cost takeoffs.
- Develop accurate scopes of work and competitive estimates.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and maintain documentation.
