Qualifications

• Proficient in scaled drawing take-offs and measurements.
• Strong knowledge of roofing and sheet metal specifications.
• Experience reviewing contracts.
• Proficient in Excel and estimating software like The Edge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, M.V.R license check, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the Austin commercial re-roofing market.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and physical measurements.
• Interpret and comprehend roofing and sheet metal specifications.
• Prepare detailed and professional estimates considering materials and labor.
• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members for clear communication.
• Review and ratify contracts, ensuring understanding and adherence to terms.
• Stay updated on Florida-approved roof installations and building code requirements.
