Job summary

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of equipment repair experience, including knowledge of single-phase electrical systems. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair.
• Knowledge of single-phase electric power equipment.
• Experience with dispatch systems (phone/email) is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, start-up, operation and repair of commercial laundry equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide diagnostic findings, recommendations, and instructions to clients.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and parts replacement.
• Write accurate reports summarizing work performed.
• Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs, troubleshooting, and installations.
