Medpace is seeking Clinical Research Associates for our Dallas, Texas office with extensive travel across the United States. This CRA role focuses on qualification, monitoring, and closeout visits, with training through the PACE program and mentorship from in-house physicians and regulatory experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or science field is required.
• Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to sites.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsabilités

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites per protocol.
• Communicate with site staff, coordinators, and physicians.
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and staff.
• Verify source documentation and regulatory compliance per SOPs and GCP.
• Perform on-site and remote monitoring with risk-based approach and data review.
• Ensure eligible subject enrollment and regulatory document review.
• Ensure drug/device accountability and adverse event reporting.
• Support site recruitment and retention strategies; provide improvement recommendations.
