Job summary

Medpace, located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience and will benefit from a generous travel bonus and competitive salary.

You will conduct site visits and ensure compliance with protocols while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Ability to travel 60-70% to locations nationwide, with some visits remote.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to monitoring sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites.
• Communication with medical site staff including coordinators and physicians.
• Verify adequate investigator qualifications and training.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft® Office

Education
