Job summary

Medpace in Dallas, TX is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a Biomedical Engineering background. The role focuses on qualification visits, monitoring, and closeout across sites in the US within a comprehensive CRA training program (PACE).

Travel will be 60-70%, with opportunities to work from home after training. The position offers a path for growth, exposure to multiple therapeutic areas, and mentorship from in-house physicians and regulatory experts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health or science related field; degree in Biomedical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites.
• Communication with site staff and clinical staff.
• Verify investigator qualifications, training and resources.
• Medical record and data verification against case report forms per SOPs and GCP.
• On-site and remote monitoring using a risk-based approach with CTMS.
• Verify eligible subject enrolment; regulatory document review.
• Device/investigational product accountability and inventory.
• Assess recruitment and retention; provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters.
