Job summary

Medpace is hiring Pharm Ds for the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role. The CRA position offers an exciting career in clinical research, traveling the US to bring pharmaceutical and medical devices to market. Office-based in Cincinnati, OH, with the Medpace PACE training program for rapid development.

No prior research experience is needed; comprehensive initial and ongoing training is provided, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles and an international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health or science required.
• Pharm D preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with the approved protocol.
• Communication with the medical site staff including coordinators, clinical research physicians, and their site staff.
• Verify adequate investigator qualifications, training and resources, including facilities, laboratories, equipment, and staff.
• Medical record and source documentation verification against case report form data, ensuring good documentation practices.
