Upchurch is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects across HVAC, plumbing, and process piping scopes. You will work closely with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical or commercial construction
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Familiarity with mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, process piping)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, BIM 360)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Knowledge of contracts, schedules, and basic cost control
• Travel 80-100% of the time
