Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and process piping. You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mechanical or commercial construction, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, and BIM 360.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical or commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Familiarity with mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, process piping).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, BIM 360).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical construction activities for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with cost control, schedules, and safety/quality standards.
