Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with ARRT-R certification for assignments in Philadelphia, PA. American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with ARRT-R certification and at least 1 year of experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings.

Details

• Rotates between the Emergency Department and inpatient portable imaging
• Performs bedside/portable procedures for adult and pediatric outpatient populations
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Uses PACS imaging system and C-Arm equipment for mobile/surgical procedures

Requirements

• Current BLS and ARRT-R certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Experience in adult acute care, adult outpatient, bedside/portable procedures, and pediatric outpatient settings required
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Proficiency in abdominal, chest, head, spine, pelvis, upper and lower extremity imaging
• Skilled in isolation precautions/PPE and age-specific competencies across neonate to older adult populations
• Valid state license or certification required if applicable
• Two professional references and copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging across multiple anatomical regions including chest, abdomen, spine, pelvis, and extremities
• Must complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• PA fingerprints required and must be completed within 1 week of signing
• Pass/fail clinical exam required with a maximum of 3 attempts
• Candidates must live within 50 miles for local rate differential eligibility
• RTO must be submitted at time of application; no additional time off accepted after submission
