Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for an outpatient imaging assignment in Chico, CA. This 13-week travel position requires 3+ years of experience and current ARRT licensure.

You will image chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot or ankle, operate X-ray equipment, and input images into PACS. Expect 12-hour day shifts, lodging and meals allowances, and support from a dedicated recruiter.

Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for an Outpatient Imaging position requiring 3+ years of experience and current ARRT licensure.

Details

• Outpatient imaging setting with potential to float to Main Radiology as needed


• Positions patients for chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, or ankle x-rays


• Operates X-ray equipment and processes images into PACS


• Provides basic patient care under clinic nurse supervision, including vital signs, specimen collection, and patient prep


• Maintains orderly and well-stocked exam areas


• 12-hour day shifts with 8:00 AM start time

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required


• Current CRT (Certificate of Radiologic Technology) issued by California Department of Health Services


• Current ARRT licensure required


• California issued Fluoroscopy Permit required


• Current BLS/BCLS certification required


• EPIC EMR experience required


• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• May assist clinician with selected patient care procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual


• Blood draw qualification may be required for specimen collection duties


• Previous travel healthcare experience preferred


• Agency staff must be W-2 employees of their respective agency
