Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a brand-new freestanding ER in Massachusetts. ARRT(R) certification and MA Radiology License required, with prior travel experience and pediatric imaging experience.

The role involves day shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM), float between two campuses about 30–40 minutes apart with advance notice, and imaging both adult and pediatric patients using Epic and PACS. Travel reimbursements and generous housing allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and MA Radiology License required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Documented pediatric imaging experience in a complex medical center required
• Epic charting experience required
• Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Must be able to perform upper and lower extremity, spine, pelvis, chest, and head imaging
• Experience with mobile/surgical and C-arm procedures required
• Must provide 2 references, with one from a Nurse Manager or higher

Responsibilities

• Work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art freestanding ER setting
• Day shift schedule, 3x8 hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Float required between two campuses located 30-40 minutes apart with advance notice
• Every other weekend/every other holiday (EOW/EOH) requirement
• Uses Epic for charting and PACS for imaging
• May work alone at one campus depending on shift, requiring a full 12-hour shift without a 30-minute break
• Must be a well-rounded technologist comfortable imaging both adult and pediatric patients
• Must remain onsite for the full shift even during downtime when working alone
• Pass/fail EKG test required for consideration
• Candidates must reside within 75 miles of the facility
• Facility location change updates will be reflected in the posting if applicable
