Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Radiology X-Ray Technologist for a pediatric hospital setting. Experience: 2+ years required, ARRT (R) certification mandatory. Pediatric imaging and Level I Trauma Center exposure preferred. Travel assignments required.
Weekend coverage may be needed; 36 hours per week with nights 3x12s. Starting Oct 5, 2026, for 13 weeks. Details subject to facility needs and credentialing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years radiology experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- ARRT (R) certification required.
- Pediatric imaging experience preferred.
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
- Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment.
- Cerner EMR experience preferred.

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology X-Ray Technologist for a pediatric hospital setting requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT (R) certification.
- Pediatric radiology/cardiology unit in a Level I Trauma Center environment
- Weekend coverage required as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience required, 3+ years preferred
- ARRT (R) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Pediatric imaging experience preferred
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
- Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- First-time travelers not accepted unless they have 3+ years of experience
- Local candidates not accepted; must live at least 100 miles from the facility
- All requested time off must be submitted at time of application and will not be added after an offer is made
- If Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all fall during the assignment, must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays
- If only 2 of these holidays fall during the assignment, must be willing to work at least 1 of the 2
- Former permanent staff or travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning
