Healthforce seeks a Radiology Tech, Special Procedures Tech for a 13‑week travel assignment in Bozeman, MT, starting 10/05/2026. Shifts are 8 hours with 36 guaranteed hours per week in a hospital imaging setting.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (CAAHEP).
ARDMS RDMS OB/GYN certification required. Fetal Echocardiography (FE) registry preferred.
Two years of related experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine or high‑risk obstetrics preferred.
Ability to work in a hospital imaging environment and travel assignment eligibility.

Responsibilities

Perform radiographic imaging and specialized procedures under physician orders and supervision.
Position patients and select imaging modalities and equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
Verify patient information, document procedures, and upload images into PACS/Viewpoint systems.
Maintain radiation safety and infection control; prepare rooms and equipment; assist with turnover.
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and timely imaging and reporting.
Provide patient education and support before, during, and after procedures; communicate findings to the care team.

Overview

Radiology Tech, Special Procedures Tech - Bozeman, MT - start 10/05/2026, 13 weeks, $2,707-$2,785 per week, guaranteed 36 hours, 8-hour shifts in a hospital imaging setting. This travel temporary assignment supports the hospital's radiology department in performing specialized procedures and standard radiographic exams.

Responsibilities

Perform radiographic imaging and specialized procedures under physician orders and supervision.

Requirements

Education: Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
Certifications: American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (OB/GYN); ARDMS Fetal Echocardiography (FE) registry.
Experience: Preferred two years of related work experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine or a high-risk obstetrics setting.
Additional: Ability to work in a hospital imaging environment; travel assignment eligibility.
