Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified by NH Board of Imaging & Radiation Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience in an acute care setting.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience documented on resume.
• EMR experience preferred (Cerner experience preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations across body areas per orders with high-quality imaging and patient safety.
• Screen patients for contraindications, position them correctly, select coils, and adjust sequences.
• Monitor patients during scans, maintain comfort, address adverse signs or concerns.
• Verify patient identity and exam details, document imaging data in the EMR, and ensure accurate labeling of images.
• Communicate results and imaging concerns to the radiology team; support radiologists as needed.
• Maintain MRI hardware readiness, room cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols including infection control and patient screening.

Overview

MRI Technologist – Radiology (MRI) in Concord, NH. This travel assignment starts 10/19/2026 and runs for 13 weeks with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is Nights, structured as 10-hour blocks: Wednesday & Thursday 7:30 pm–6:00 am, Friday 10:30 pm–7:00 am, Saturday 6:30 pm–7:00 am. The position is in a hospital imaging department.
