Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks an MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Concord, NH. Perform MRI exams in a hospital imaging department, with 10-hour night blocks and a 13-week, 40-hour weekly schedule.

Requires NH licensure, ARRT or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of MRI experience in acute care; phlebotomy experience is a plus. Travel support and credentialing assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Active NH license required at submission.
• Current ARRT or ARMRIT certification; BLS certification.
• Licensed and certified by NH Board of Imaging & Radiation Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience in an acute care setting.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience documented on resume.
• EMR experience preferred (Cerner experience preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations across body areas per orders with high-quality imaging and patient safety.
• Screen patients for contraindications, position them correctly, select coils, and adjust sequences.
• Monitor patients during scans, maintain comfort, address adverse signs or concerns.
• Verify patient identity and exam details, document imaging data in the EMR, and ensure accurate labeling of images.
• Communicate results and imaging concerns to the radiology team; support radiologists as needed.
• Maintain MRI hardware readiness, room cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols including infection control and patient screening.
