Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Radiology Tech – CT for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. The role starts 10/29/2026 for 5 weeks, with 12-hour night shifts and a 14-day orientation.

You will perform CT imaging across multiple regions, document in EPIC, and support radiologists in a hospital radiology setting. Required NYS radiologic license (or application), ARRT CT certification, NYS DOH venipuncture certification, 1 year radiology experience with CT, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Active NYS license in radiologic technology or proof of application with applied date.
• ARRT CT certification is required for CT imaging work.
• BLS certification is required for clinical support.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years is preferred.

Responsabilités

Overview

Radiology Tech – CT (Travel) position in Plattsburgh, NY, starting 10/29/2026 for a 5-week assignment. Weekly pay range is $2,820–$2,923 with no guaranteed hours. Shift is 12-hour nights (3x12-hour shifts). Work setting is a hospital radiology department performing CT imaging, with EPIC for charting. Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging studies across chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, and spine; position patients and select appropriate protocols
• Ensure high-quality images, apply radiation safety principles, and manage contrast administration and venipuncture per NYS DOH requirements
• Operate CT scanners (Phillips) and monitor equipment; document procedures in the EPIC system
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during scanning; assist radiologists with interpretation and image acquisition
• Collaborate with radiology staff, nursing, and ancillary teams; respond to imaging requests as scheduled
• Adhere to unit protocols, infection control, and patient privacy standards; participate in required orientation and training

Requirements

• Active NYS license in radiologic technology (or proof of application with applied date)
• ARRT CT certification
• NYS DOH venipuncture certification required
• Minimum 1 year clinical radiology experience; CT experience of 1 year
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years
• BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
• NY injection certification preferred; may be obtained during orientation
• Reliable transportation; public transit may be limited
