Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare is seeking a Radiology Tech – Multimodality Technologist in Clearlake, CA for a 13-week travel assignment in a critical access hospital. Start date is 10/12/2026 with a 4x10-hour shift pattern and guaranteed hours.

The role requires CA RT license and ARRT certification, BLS, and at least two years' imaging experience. Epic EMR experience is valued, with dedicated support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Qualifications

• Active RT license in California
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• At least two years of recent medical imaging experience (preferred)
• Education: Associate's Degree in radiologic technology; Bachelor's or Master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate radiography and CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images
• Perform radiographic procedures and CT examinations with professional technique and safety
• Handle at least two imaging modalities regularly
• Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs; assist during mobile imaging
• Prepare, administer, and monitor contrast agents; ensure patient safety
• Test defibrillator and verify crash cart readiness; maintain imaging equipment and safety standards
• Document procedures in Epic EMR and maintain accurate patient records
• Support department goals and collaborate with the imaging team to meet objectives
