Healthforce is seeking a Radiology Tech – Multimodality Technologist for a travel assignment in Clearlake, CA. The 13-week assignment starts on 10/26/2026 with night, 12-hour shifts totaling about 48 hours per week in the medical imaging department.

You will operate X-ray and CT imaging equipment, ensuring image quality and patient safety. Candidates should have experience with radiography and CT, strong communication, and teamwork within a radiology team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating radiography (X-ray) and CT imaging equipment.
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in a travel assignment.
• Strong attention to patient safety and image quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a radiology/imaging team.
• Ability to follow physician orders and comply with regulatory standards in radiologic practice.

Responsibilities

• Operate X-ray and CT equipment to perform imaging studies with emphasis on image quality and patient safety.
• Perform scans with two imaging modalities regularly per department protocols.
• Position patients correctly, apply shielding and communicate with patients to ensure comfort.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards, infection control, and documentation in patient records.
• Collaborate with radiology team to optimize patient flow and equipment readiness.
