Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is actively seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support our expanding network. You will travel to designated locations within the region to perform X-ray exams, start up and shut down equipment, and ensure patient safety and accurate documentation in the EMR.

The role offers a competitive starting wage of $31 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time staff, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, CME support, and ongoing opportunities for growth as we expand across

Qualifications

• Mastery of best practice x-ray procedures and protocols.
• Understanding anatomy/physiology for x-ray testing.
• Knowledge of radiology equipment safety hazards.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and follow standard work practices.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down all X-Ray equipment.
• Identify patient and confirm examination order.
• Travel to designated locations within region to perform X-Ray exams.
• Maintain fleet vehicle duties and logs.
• Prepare patients and perform radiologic procedures safely.
• Obtain history and observe during radiologic examination.
• Use shielding and radiation protection measures.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and report malfunctions.
